Steve Jobs must be wondering whether Gutenberg faced this kind of brand irreverence when he invented moveable type. A day after Apple’s iPad hype, the wags at Mad TV explained on NPR how the origin of  this viral video sensation goes back five years.

Bruce McCoy: We’ve done other Apple spoofs on the show. And as soon as we heard the name iPad, you know, everyone across the world, thats where your mind went to.
